Shipping and Returns
METHODS AND TRANSIT TIMES (USA SHIPPING)
Once an order is processed (usually within 2- days) it is shipped immediately. We ship using USPS and send orders out Monday thru Saturday. If you have a rush on your order please contact us BEFORE your order to assure that expediting the processing is possible at that time.
USPS Standard Shipping: 7-10 Business Days
USPS Priority Shipping: 1-3 Business Days
USPS Priority Mail Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days
* Please note that USPS does NOT guarantee Standard Shipping. While orders sometimes arrive quicker than expected, we need to make note that if you are looking for guaranteed delivery dates you should upgrade shipping.
We currently do not ship internationally through our website (though we are always working to expand and grow in the future). However, you can go to our Posh Etsy page where we ship internationally.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN OF EXCHANGE SOMETHING I PURCHASED?
If you are returning or exchanging items because you no longer want the item, want a different color/size, or any other issues similar to this, please email us to begin the process of a possible return or exchange. You can email us at email@example.com within 3 days of the date you received your items. In that email please let us know your order number and name, what items you want to return or exchange, and why you want the return or exchange. Once reviewed, we will contact you with where to ship back your return/exchange. The Posh Shop Co does not pay for return shipping for these types of returns or exchanges.
If you are returning or exchanging due to an error on our end or any damage that was incurred, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In that email, please give us your order number, name, the items you are returning or exchanging, and any information you can give us on the items. It would be greatly appreciated if you could include photos of any damages as well. Once reviewed, we will contact you with where to ship back your return/exchange. The Posh Shop Co will send you a return shipping label free of charge in these instances.
WHAT ITEMS CAN AND CANNOT BE RETURNED?
We will accept returns and exchanges on most items. In order to return an item, the following criteria must be met:
- Items must be never used or worn and in the condition to which it was sent
- Items must have all original tags attached or affixed.
- Items must be in original packaging.
- You must contact The Posh Shop Co via email within 3 days from the day the package was delivered.
- Once we receive your email and process your request, we ask that you send back your items within 7 days from the date of your approval.
We will not return:
- Items not in original condition, without tags attached, and without packaging.
- Items that are not returned to us within the 7 days from approval.
- Items with any customization.
- Items that were marked for final sale.
- Please note: Items purchased on sale will be returned at the sale price even if the item is no longer on sale.
